Pharmacotherapy. Stimulates specific and nonspecific local immunity (activation of phagocytic activity of macrophages, increase of locally formed antibodies of secretory IgA class, preventing fixation and propagation of infectious agents on the mucous membranes, increasing the amount of lysozyme).

Indication. Seasonal prophylaxis (spring / autumn) of acute and exacerbation of chronic diseases of the upper respiratory tract and bronchi. Acute and chronic bacterial infections of the ENT organs, upper and lower respiratory tract: rhinitis, sinusitis, laryngitis, tonsillitis, pharyngitis, tracheitis, bronchitis, otitis media, complications of influenza and other viral infections. Vasomotor rhinitis. Preoperative preparation for surgical interventions on ENT organs and postoperative period.

Contraindications. Hypersensitivity, children's age (up to 3 months), pregnancy, lactation.

Dosing. Intranasal (keep the bottle vertical). Adults and children from 3 months with acute illness (depending on age) - 2-5 doses in each nasal passage during the day, until the symptoms disappear.

For prophylactic purposes - 2 doses per day in each nasal passage for 2 weeks.

Side effect. At the beginning of treatment: sneezing, strengthening rhinorrhea (with the severity of effects should reduce the frequency of administration or cancel the drug).

Allergic reactions (urticaria).

Special instructions. In the case of the emergence of clinical symptoms of bacterial infections, the possibility of prescribing antibacterial therapy should be considered against the background of continuing treatment with the drug.

Has no effect on psychomotor reactions.
