Pharmacological Properties of Atenosan
Pharmachologic effect - antianginal, hypotensive.
Blocks beta1-adrenergic receptors.
Indications for Atenosan
Hypertension, angina pectoris (prevention of attacks).
Contraindications for Atenosan
Uncompensated heart failure, AV block II and III degree, bradycardia (heart rate less than 50 beats per minute), bronchial asthma.
Side effect of Atenosan
Fatigue, cold extremities.
Dosage and Administration
Inside - 25-50 mg / day. The maximum daily dose - 200 mg, in 1-2 reception. Patients with impaired renal excretory (Cl creatinine 15-35 ml / min) - 100 mg every other day. When Cl creatinine less than 15-35 mL / min - 100 mg 1 time in 4 days.
