Composition and form of release
1 tablet for the preparation of an effervescent beverage contains acetylsalicylic acid 500 or 320 mg and ascorbic acid 300 or 200 mg respectively; in the package 12 pcs.
pharmachologic effect
Pharmacological action - anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, analgesic, increasing the body's resistance, reducing fragility and permeability of blood vessels.
Replenishes the deficiency of vitamin C. Acetylsalicylic acid blocks cyclooxygenase, disrupts the synthesis of PG (prostaglandins) and reduces their pyrogenic effect on the centers of thermoregulation, has a sensitizing effect on sensitive nerve endings (reducing sensitivity to pain mediators).
Indications
Fever and pain for colds.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, gastric and duodenal ulcers, a tendency to bleeding, severe violations of liver and kidney function, gastrointestinal bleeding, renal stone disease with oxaluria at acidic and normal pH (pH) urine, pregnancy (last trimester), children's age (up to 4 years).
Side effects
Noise in the ears and hearing loss, headaches, bleeding (including gastrointestinal), cardiovascular disorders, stomach pain, heartburn, gastrointestinal ulceration, allergic reactions (edema, hives, asthma).
Interaction
Enhances the effect of anticoagulants (coumarins, heparin), hypoglycemic effects of sulfonylurea derivatives, side effects of methotrexate and anti-inflammatory drugs. Possible weakening of some NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs), uricosuric (probenecid, sulfinpyrazona) and diuretic (spironolactone, furosemide) agents.
Dosing and Administration
Inside, 1-2 table. 2-3 times a day, the highest daily dose - 6 tablets. Children from 4 to 7 years - to 1/2 table. up to 3 times a day (the highest daily dose is 1.5 tablets), from 8 to 11 years - by 1/2 table. up to 4 times a day (the highest daily dose is 2 tablets), from 12 to 15 years - 1 table. up to 4 times a day (the highest daily dose is 4 tablets). The course of treatment is 3-5 days. Note for diabetics: 1 tablet contains 118 mg of mannitol.
