Pharmacological effect
Combined preparation has anti-inflammatory, antihistamine and anti-allergic effect. Narrowing of arterioles of the conjunctiva, and it eliminates puffiness and reduces irritation caused by inflammation, lowers intraocular pressure, reduces permeability and dilation of capillaries, swelling, itching and watery eyes, has antispasmodic action. Tetryzoline hydrochloride stimulates alpha-adrenergic receptors, antazoline mesylate - H1-histamine receptors.
Indications
Inflammatory and allergic diseases of the conjunctiva: hay fever, vernal conjunctivitis.
Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, acute angle glaucoma, the syndrome of "dry eye", a children's age (up to 2 years).
Precaution
CHF II-III century., Hypertension, diabetes, hyperthyroidism, pheochromocytoma, pregnancy, lactation, children's age.
Dosage
Kongungualno, adults in the acute period - 1 cap every 3 hours; maintenance therapy - 1 cap 2-3 times a day; Children - 1-2 drops / day.
Side effect
Burning (soon after instillation), mydriasis, reactive hyperemia (after treatment), headache, drowsiness, agitation, tachycardia (especially in young children), increased blood pressure, angina, increased sweating, tremor.
Interaction
In the ophthalmic drug instillation time interval - for at least 15 min.
Special instructions
Not intended for prolonged use. Contact lenses must be removed before each instillation of not less than 5 minutes.
