Composition and form of release

1 ml solution for injection contains metamizole sodium 250 or 500 mg; ampoules of 1 or 2 ml, in a cardboard box 10 pcs.

1 tablet - 0.5 g; in contour cell (blisters) or cell-free packages of 10 pcs.

pharmachologic effect

Pharmacological action - anti-inflammatory, antipyretic, analgesic.

Oppresses the activity of cyclooxygenase and reduces the formation of endoperexides, PG, free radicals, inhibits lipid peroxidation.

Indications

Pain (headache, neuralgia, ischialgia, myalgia) and febrile syndromes.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, agranulocytosis.

Side effects

Granulocytopenia, agranulocytosis, allergic reactions.

Dosing and Administration

In / m or in / in (with severe pain) - 1-2 ml 50% solution 2-3 times a day, the maximum dose - 2 g / day. Inside, after eating, - 0.25-0.5 g 2-3 times a day.
