1 tablet contains amitriptyline hydrochloride 10, 25 or 50 mg; in bottles of dark glass for 50 pcs.

Dosing and Administration

Inside. Adults at the beginning of treatment 25 mg 2 times a day. The dose rises by 25 mg every day or every second day and is adjusted to 150-200 mg divided into 1-2 doses (a smaller dose during the day and a larger dose in the evening) and used until clinical improvement is achieved. Elderly - half the dose of an adult. At night urinary incontinence for children older than 12 years - 50 mg at bedtime, children 7-12 years - 25 mg at bedtime.
