Structure and Composition

1 tablet contains 2 mg of salbutamol sulphate; 60 pieces per pack.

pharmachologic effect

tocolytic, anti-allergic, a bronchodilator.

It stimulates beta2- adrenergic receptors.

Indications

Bronchial asthma, bronchitis (chronic, asthmatic), emphysema, premature birth (conducting).

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, thyrotoxicosis, paroxysmal tachycardia, congestive heart failure, hypertension, risk of miscarriage due to bleeding in the II-III-trimester pregnancy (I-st trimester), age (up to 2 years).

Side effects

Sleep disorders, tremor of the hands, trembling, tension, tachycardia, headache, dizziness, cramps, nausea, vomiting, allergic reactions.

Interaction

Incompatible with beta-blockers.

Dosing and Administration

Inside - 4.3 mg 3-4 times a day (up to 8 mg of 4 times); children 2-6 years - 1-2 mg, 6-12 years - 2 mg 3-4 times a day.

Storage conditions

At room temperature.

Keep out of the reach of children.

The shelf life

4, 5 years.
