The doping sample moto-racer Russian Anastasia Nifontova was found banned drug Meldonium. As reported on the official website of the Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme (FIM), the athlete is suspended from participation in the competition.
The decision was made after receiving a report from an accredited World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) lab in Cologne. According to official data, illegal drug has been identified on the basis of the analysis of the Russian athletes urine, taken October 3, 2016 in the rally-raid in Morocco at the World Cup.
