Cyanocobalamin - Interactions with other Active Compounds
22 Dec 2016
Cyanocobalamin + Aminosalicylic acid + Isoniazid
Aminosalicylic acid interfere with the absorption of cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) (risk of anemia). B12 vitamin absorption when receiving aminosalicylic acid 5 g of 55% broken, which leads to significant changes of erythrocytes. Thus, in patients aminosalicylic acid (as part of a combination aminosalicylic acid, isoniazid +) requires more than 1 month therapy with vitamin B12.
Cyanocobalamin + Ascorbic acid
Cyanocobalamin is pharmaceutically incompatible with ascorbic acid.
Cyanocobalamin + Glutathione
Avoid joint use of glutathione with cyanocobalamin.
Cyanocobalamin + lansoprazole
On the background of slowing down the absorption of lansoprazole cyanocobalamin.
Cyanocobalamin + Cyanocobalamin + mesalazine
Against the background of mesalazine slows down the absorption of cyanocobalamin.
Cyanocobalamin + Sodium thiosulfate
Sodium thiosulfate chemically incompatible with cyanocobalamin, which is why they can not be administered via the same device for the on / in.
Cyanocobalamin + neomycin
Neomycin for oral administration may reduce the absorption of vitamin B12 for oral administration, leading to a weakening effect.
Cyanocobalamin + neostigmine
If concomitant use of cyanocobalamin in large doses reduces the effect of neostigmine.
Cyanocobalamin + pemetrexed
The pharmacokinetics of pemetrexed do not change under the joint application of folic acid inside.
Cyanocobalamin + Pyrazinamide Prothionamide + + + Rifabutin [Pyridoxine]
Pyridoxine (consisting of a combination of pyrazinamide protionamid + + + rifabutin [pyridoxine]) pharmaceutically incompatible with cyanocobalamin.
Cyanocobalamin + pyridoxal phosphate
The solutions are not compatible.
Cyanocobalamin + Pyridoxine
Cyanocobalamin is pharmaceutically incompatible with pyridoxine (as contained in the molecule of cyanocobalamin cobalt ion destroys this vitamin).
Cyanocobalamin + Pyridoxine
Pyridoxine pharmaceutically incompatible with vitamin B12.
Cyanocobalamin + Riboflavin
Cyanocobalamin is pharmaceutically incompatible with riboflavin (as contained in the molecule of cyanocobalamin cobalt ion destroys this vitamin).
Cyanocobalamin + Thiamine
Cyanocobalamin is pharmaceutically incompatible with thiamine (as contained in the molecule of cyanocobalamin cobalt ion destroys this vitamin).
The risk of allergic reactions is increased by combined use of cyanocobalamin with thiamine.
Cyanocobalamin + Thiamine
Not recommended simultaneous parenteral administration of thiamine and cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12): Vitamin B12 enhances the allergenic effect of thiamine.
Cyanocobalamin + Chloramphenicol
Chloramphenicol in the combined use reduces the hematopoietic effect of cyanocobalamin.
Cyanocobalamin + Emoxypine + [Pyridoxine]
Pyridoxine (consisting of a combination emoxypine + [pyridoxine]) pharmaceutically incompatible with cyanocobalamin.
