Today, the various alternatives considered doping. Recently in Russia paid attention to the neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), which has been successfully used in countries such as the USA, Australia, Germany to solve the problems the athlete to improve his performance exactly methods of psychology direction. In the arsenal of NLP hypnotic techniques exist that allow the athlete to focus on the refusal of admission of doping. They differ somewhat from autogenous training or classic hypnosis.
Admission doping athlete (eg athlete), as a behavioral act, influences its psychophysiological state and abilities (he quickly runs, starts better and stronger opponents do not cause state "jim-jams" Nuisance act effectively, as has happened before), as well also changes some persuasion (if I have taken doping, I can win, I will succeed). In this case, the inner "permission" to accept doping due to the implementation of the goals (if I win this tournament, then I will go to the Olympic Games) and the athlete's values (important for me to my coach respect and I want to fulfill your potential in sports), and sometimes (especially in sports higher achievements) there is a correlation with the level of personal identity (I - champion) and even supergoal (to Russia flourished).
Specialists of the "NLP in Sport" with the Laboratory of Psychology has developed a scheme of systematic approach to solving the problem of the use of doping by athletes using NLP techniques, taking into account the abovementioned psychological characteristics. The idea or concept of substitution doping psychological impact of NLP lies in the peculiarities of the impact of NLP techniques to the unconscious realm of man. Using NLP approaches to the replacement of doping can be a very promising method, since psychological tools of neuro-linguistic programming can activate the deep physiological resources of the unconscious sphere.
