A mixture of sodium salts of nucleic acids, obtained by hydrolysis of yeast and subsequent purification.

White or slightly grayish-yellowish powder. Easily soluble in water with the formation of opalescent solutions.

Pharmacology

Pharmacological action - immunostimulating, regenerating, leukopoietic.

Accelerates regeneration processes, stimulates bone marrow hematopoiesis, incl. Leukopoiesis. It has an immunostimulating effect: it increases the migration and cooperation of T and B lymphocytes, the phagocytic activity of macrophages, the activity of factors of nonspecific resistance.

Effective for diseases that occur against the background of immunodeficiency states or accompanied by their development.

Application of the substance Sodium nucleate

Leukopenia, agranulocytosis, complex therapy of chronic inflammation of the lungs, herpetic keratitis, viral hepatitis, and others.

Contraindications
