Pharmacology

Pharmacological action - antiallergic, antihistamine, antipruritic, antiexudative.

It blocks histamine H1 receptors, lowers the tone of smooth muscles (bronchi, gastrointestinal tract, uterus), reduces the permeability of capillaries and the development of edema, prevents the occurrence of itching. Weakly blocks m-holinoretseptory, does not cause a pronounced sedative and hypnotic effect (penetrates through the BBB in small amounts). The duration of the effect can reach 48 hours.

Application of substance Mebhydrolin

Allergic rhinitis (seasonal, chronic), pollinosis, allergic conjunctivitis, urticaria, eczema, skin reaction to insect bites; Combined therapy of itching dermatoses.

Contraindications
