Pharmacotherapy

Combined drug, has anti-inflammatory, antiallergic and antimicrobial effect.

Indications

Inflammatory and allergic skin diseases (including those complicated by microbial infection, sensitive to the action of chloramphenicol): microbial eczema, atopic dermatitis, diffuse neurodermatitis, allergic dermatitis, psoriasis, pyoderma.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, skin tuberculosis, fungal and viral diseases of the skin, violation of the integrity of the skin, pregnancy.

Dosing

Outerly, apply a thin layer on the affected skin 2-3 times a day. The daily dose (depending on the area of the lesion) is from 2 to 30 g. Apply the occlusive dressing once a day, with a corresponding decrease in the daily dose. The course of treatment depends on the nature of the disease and the effectiveness of therapy, can last from 7 to 30 days, averaging 7-10 days.

Side effect

Itching, hyperemia, soreness, exacerbation of skin diseases with an acute inflammatory reaction.
