Dosing and Administration

Tablets

It should be taken before meals, without chewing and washing with liquid. If the allergic symptoms do not decrease within 3 days, the likelihood of the effectiveness of further taking the drug is reduced.

Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: 1 table. (10 mg) once a day.

Children aged 6 to 12 years: with a body weight of less than 30 kg - 1/2 table. (5 mg) once a day; With a body weight of more than 30 kg - 1 table. (10 mg) once a day.

Children aged 2-6 years are recommended to prescribe the drug Erolin® syrup, due to the difficulty of swallowing tablets. The recommended dose is 5 mg every other day.

Special patient groups. Patients with hepatic or renal insufficiency (glomerular filtration rate <30 ml / min), as well as children older than 6 years: 5 mg (1/2 table) once a day or 10 mg (1 table) every other day.

Syrup.
