Pharmacotherapy

Anticholinesterase agent, reversible inhibitor of cholinesterase.

Pharmacokinetics

Well absorbed with the / m introduction, penetrates through the BBB.

Indication

Intoxication with m-holinoblokatorami (including atropinopodobnymi alkaloids).

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity, bronchial asthma, angina, bradycardia, arterial hypotension.

Dosing

In / m. For poisonings of mild degree - 1 mg, in more severe cases - 2 mg 3 times (after 1-2 and 3-5 hours). In case of severe poisoning - simultaneously in / in and / m - 2 mg, then under the scheme of treatment of moderate poisoning. The maximum daily dose is 10 mg IM or 7 mg IV.

Side effect

Bradycardia, decreased blood pressure, nausea, vomiting.
